The Mathews Group is family-owned and operated since 2001. We always treat every customer like they are a part of our family. Other companies may offer similar services, but our inspections are professional, and come with a personal touch with award winning #1 customer service in the industry.

Chad is considered the right hand man of Mathews Inspections Group. Chad has been inspecting since 2003. Chad also trains the new inspectors coming on board as well as any marketing associates. At the age of 28 he is very accomplished and dreams very big. If Chad is not performing inspections then he is out and about marketing to all the offices in his region and spreading the word about Mathews Inspections customer service. Chad is inspecting less per week and is focusing on lead generation for the company. He prides himself on hard work and efficient business strategies to help increase Mathews Inspections market share as well as our customer service department. When any marketing event present themselves he is Mathews Inspections go to guy. Chad supports the wounded warrior project and often helps habitat for humanity through real estate association groups. Chad is our marketing guru for Mathews Inspections Group. Chad has been with the company since 2001, and leads a Sales and marketing force that is second to none.
Don Mathews
General Manager

Don Mathews is the General Manager of Mathews Group. He has performed real estate inspections for over 30 years. He has an extensive background in termite and home inspections. Don is a CREIA certified inspector (California Real Estate Inspection Association) has inspected historic homes in many historic districts. Don also has been requested by many builders and clients to inspect new construction homes. He is a very detailed inspector and is “the cool surfer dude inspector” according to most realtors. Don is dedicated to the success of this company and it shows in the long hours he works as well with the effort he puts forth to satisfy the clients and realtors. Don is the highest recommended inspector in the office and once you have an inspection by Don you can understand why. Don is currently inspecting less so he can set up better systems and management in the office that is dedicated solely to our customer service department. He prides himself on customer service and satisfaction and generally is always about 30 minutes early to the inspection. Don has trained all of Mathews Inspections Group’ inspectors from the ground up and holds monthly educational meetings to keep our inspector staff up to date with today’s building standards. Don’s inspecting schedule is limited and only has set aside a certain amount of time slots available per week. Don is usually booked 4 days in advance, so if you want Don to be your inspector then definitely call now.
Blake Mathews

Blake is the youngest of the Mathews Inspection Group team, yet he is very accomplished. He has been inspecting for over a year and a half and is highly requested in the office because of his great personality and his drive and dedication to communicating with the clients and agents. He is the owner’s son and has been raised around the real estate industry since he was a child. He performs about two inspections a day and very dedicated to our client’s satisfaction.
Richard Mathews
General Manager
Rich Mathews is the office manager. He makes sure all associates are on track and getting the jobs done to help better serve our clients. He performs any tasks that need to be done that are associates are backed up on. If there are any clients or agents that are unsatisfied with our service he handles those situations with our protocol that is a “win-win” for every party involved. Rich Mathews also handles our corporation and business administration systems. Rich Mathews is the back bone of all the materials our clients receive at the inspection.

Office Manager
Polly Mathews is the driving force behind Mathews Inspections Group. She is the nuts and bolts behind Mathews Inspections Group well-oiled machine. She handles the phones/accounts and all reports and emails that are sent out. She handles most of the scheduling and trains all of the office staff at Mathews Inspections Group. She has a wonderful background working for her parents at their termite company managing the office. If something needs to be done in the office she is your gal. Our clients and agents love seeing her out and about so they can finally put the face to the voice.
Richie and Michele have been married 13 years and have been blessed with 3 children. They have served in the Termite and Pest Control Industry for 12 of those 13 years and they are one of Southern California's best husband and wife teams. Their aim is and always has been "EXCELLENCE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE". Richie Perez and Don Mathews are the General Managers of Mathews Termite Services and Pest Control . With over 40 years combined experience, we have blended together to bring you the best in Termite, Pest Control and Home Inspections.
